Please note the following:

• Due to the nature of the product, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY RETURNS.
• Carctol is sent 'signed for' delivery and prices are inclusive of insurance.
• Customers take responsibility to release goods from local Customs and Excise if needed. If goods are not released by Customs and Excise, customers will receive a refund minus a small administration charge.
• European customers should receive their package a couple of days although this cannot be guaranteed. Delivery time for worldwide customers depends on location.

Doctors, chemists and medical clinics do not need a prescription and should contact us about ordering procedures.

Carctol

Over the past 10 years we have tried to provide you with an alternative to conventional cancer treatments in the form of Carctol.

However, despite our best efforts we are currently unable to supply Carctol due to the erratic and undependable practices of manufacturers and suppliers.

We appreciate that many of you will be disappointed by this news, and please be assured that we have been working very hard over a number of months to avoid this situation. We are equally frustrated by our suppliers attitude and lack of concern for patients.

Please note that we are the only organisation accredited to distribute Carctol.  There are a number of unethical Carctol distributors around the world and we would warn you against using these suppliers for risk of losing your money, or having the goods confiscated at border controls. There is also no guarantee of the quality of the Carctol from these suppliers.

We will continue to attempt to re-establish a regular supply of Carctol and will let you know if this becomes available.
